is an essential #mezze to start your meal with 🤌 It’s oddly not a dish I see present often, in spite of its rather simple preparation. They excelled at it 😇 It wasn’t strongly spiced, would be my critique, but overall delicious. it is slightly #sweet, sweeter

than i expected, but it’s the #teriyaki sauce in the babaganoush — interesting to me, there is a #soysauce kinda taste but in a more sophisticated way! slightly salty, #savoury, sweet💚🤤👍🏼

and the texture is GREAT, i loved spreading it on #bread and it’s really beyond words 100/10 for me — interesting fusion between #middleeastern food with a #japanese take 🍶🍞
