This is grilled on a teppan (Japanese metal plate grill). It's juicy, seared perfectly and
a bit mild in taste, but still yummy. It's $15 for ~8 pieces I think. I like mushrooms and oyster mushrooms are the type I can eat more of while I'm on an elimination diet. So I gobbled them all up!
