i honestly flipped over this veggie option. i figured it would just be a boring
ol bland soy patty that a non vegan restaurant serves to vegetarians, but instead it was this super tasty black bean patty… and not some sort of patty with a couple black beans in it, it was full black bean. it was 100% just a patty made of black beans. i couldn’t get over the thought process of why would they think anyone would want this? why not just have a boring soy patty? but it was exactly what i wanted. we went back the next day and got it again before we left. would be sure to get it again if we ever go back. also when it came out i thought “that’s not the right amount of papas fritas” but it was the exact right amount of papas fritas. i now trust this place with my life. thanks.
