Very savory, umami sushi roll. I like that it has tofu in it. You definitely
have to like the flavor of mushroom which I do, so this is my favorite roll!

The mighty mushroom is my second favorite sushi roll at beyond sushi, topped only by
the sunny side. It has a really earthy, deep flavor, and what really makes it is the truffle sauce topping which is out of this world.
Very tasty if you like mushroom and truffle. The sauce on top was my favourite
bit and I liked the black rice base
