These bao packed so much flavor! They have pickled cucumbers, dill, sesame, red onions, miso
soy glaze, and crushed peanuts. The mushrooms were high quality and had a good meat texture. They had a delicious and slightly sweet miso soup glaze on them. I also loved the crunch from the peanuts. The cucumber, onions, and dill lifted it up with some lighter flavors, making it all really well balanced. This sharing plate was $17.
