Take this with a grain of salt because I have never had anything like this
before and maybe others like it. Blossom is a fully #vegetarian restaurant with most things being vegan as well. This #fermented #beancurd & #tofu #claypot was $19.00 and came with Eggplant, pineapple, soft tofu, vegan ham and mushroom served with vermicelli noodle and lettuce. I could not get past the smell and texture. It was very unappetizing to me.
