The Steamed Sticky rice was wrapped in a banana leaf with curried mushroom filling and

then grilled.
This dish also known as Kowni Ghin comes from the small villages of Southern Burma.
I loved it. The taste, quantity, flavour and the way the dish was combined in layers with curried mushrooms wrapped in sticky rice and then again wrapped in banana leaf was amazing.
All the spices in curried mushrooms filling were so perfect for me that I didn't use this dip much.

Most of the dishes which I try in this place are just superb. I wish I had try this dish sooner.
