Love this breakfast. The scrambled tofu is delicious, and while I usually don’t like tempeh,
this tempeh patty is great. The vegan Mayo is so thick it acts almost like a cashew cheese and really makes the burger. The bun is super soft and tasty, and the hashbrowns are perfectly crisp. Bonus is the venue is amazing and the staff are super lovely.
