Huge portion of fries with loooads of cheese and loooads of gravy poutine-like sauce !
Lovely thick cut fries, well balanced flavours with right amount of salt
So satisfying! So happy to have found poutine without mushrooms! What was missing though, it’s the squishy cheese element found in the original quebec poutine, and i think that tofu cubes would have worked for that!
Perfectly enjoyable the next day as well
