😅 The little shells are reminiscent of hard tacos, but small enough to be consumed in one single bite. This isn't something that I'll go away telling everyone about and highlighting from their tasting menu, but eaten in isolation it would've been absolutely outstanding 😋
Gaa is a #finedining establishment set in a leafy part of Sukhumvit, with an elegantly minimalist and spacious dining room. Run by Garima Arora, a Michelin star holder while still in her 30s, it offers 13-course carnist and vegetarian tasting menus, the latter of which is veganisable upon request. The food is #indian in style but #thai in its use of ingredients. Dinner will set you back THB4,700 + 17% in taxes and service charge, but it'll be money well spent I promise 🥰
