think three spoonfuls tiny 😭) Think again. Whatever this #surinrice is, it's good shit. The highest grade of fragrant Thai rice 😉 Then, the pickled #mustard and the #tamarind added different but so complementary flavours to this, I only wish I had more mouthfuls of it to savour 🥺
By the way, this was my favourite piece of ceramic for the evening 🤩
Gaa is a #finedining establishment set in a leafy part of Sukhumvit, with an elegantly minimalist and spacious dining room. Run by Garima Arora, a Michelin star holder while still in her 30s, it offers 13-course carnist and vegetarian tasting menus, the latter of which is veganisable upon request. The food is #indian in style but #thai in its use of ingredients. Dinner will set you back THB4,700 + 17% in taxes and service charge, but it'll be money well spent I promise 🥰
