Love that Ginett does a few vegan options. Rare to find shakshuka made vegan by
default!
While the stew tasted really good and the bread perfectly toasted (so crisp!) I was left feeling kinda hungry :( small portion of mostly bell peppers. Not enough tofu and chickpeas!
