new menu which I gladly put to the test 🤣
I went for a vegan twist on typical polish dish, minced meat cutlet.
It was superb! So aromatic and full on perfectly balanced flavors, with roasted to perfection veggies and topinambur chips 🥰 Honestly, this place is unreal 🤩
If you ever happen to be in Gliwice, Poland you will have to visit the place. There is no better vegan food, trust me 😊
