Flavourful stuff. Sauce goes really well with the rice. Rice is short grain rice. Could
do with more 'beef' and sauce though. Deep fried beancurd added is nothing special (and could be crisper) but adds another dimension to the dish.

I kept it for next day so I decided to fry it with the plain
rice instead of having it separately. It is super flavourful. So so delicious… 😋

This was a yummy dish, but I found it way overpriced. There wasn't much of
the Beyond Meat for the high price of $15+GST. Overall not so much of the eggplant and meat compared to rice. It was very tasty but I felt the price doesn't justify. I might pay $10 for it. It took a long wait for the dish, was taking away.
Surprised by this dish, it didn’t sound like much but was actually really tasty! First
time trying Beyond mince and it’s delicious (has the right texture). The sauce is savoury and slightly spicy, overall very hearty dish.
