The brinjal tastes really soft and good.

I like the Cook at this vegetarian stall.

He always adds another vegetable to complement the main vegetable for added colour and texture.

In this dish, he added long beans which helps to bring in green and crunch to an otherwise soft brinjal.

So brilliantly done!

Cooked well and just the way I like it. Nice soft and melty. The sauce

is alittle like sweet and sour. Spicy.
