Oh wow! This Autumn Nights might actually be the creamiest Ice Cream I’ve ever had
(dairy or non-dairy), almost rivaling the ultra smooth consistency of soft-serve! The wonderfully spiced pumpkin ice cream is just loaded with huge chunks of soft pumpkin spice cake, delivering a yummy dessert (or breakfast.. I had it for breakfast) packed with warm pumpkin and cinnamon-nutmeg flavor perfect for fall! My only slight dig would be the oddly salty flavor of the spice cake which could definitely be toned down a little, but otherwise *chefs kiss! 🎃🍨🎇🍂 #saveveganrestaurants #veganisnotscary
