I was excited about this sandwich, the “salmon” is made with smoked and marinated carrots,
it had avocado, dill cream, red onions and, unfortunately, capers 😓 I totally confused capers with something else and I hated them. And it had A LOT so the whole sandwich tasted like them. I only ate it because I was hungry, but in spite of the sauce it was a bit dry, the bread too thick. “Salmon” was good but I wouldn’t have it again. I did not enjoy the dill sauce too much either.
But anyway, whoever likes capers and the other ingredients should enjoy it. It’s a great nice restaurant tho, all vegan! I just didn’t enjoy the flavor of the sandwich overall. I gave them 5 stars in originality tho, hadn’t seen this in any other menu, that’s why I tried it. Also the package is eco-friendly.
