Kaze Bento is now the first venue in Perth to offer Vegan Salmon!! How realistic
does it look??! 😮 The ‘Xalmon’ is actually made from yam and tapioca, and the texture is IDENTICAL to salmon!
You can now get their Xalmon as sashimi, nigiri, sushi rolls, and in their salads and bowls. They are also currently offering this stunning Xalmon platter, which is not on the menu but can be requested ($24.90). This is perfect for sharing and trying out each of the Xalmon dishes.
Some of the Xalmon was topped with vegan ‘salmon roe’, which are actually pearls made from bush tomato! And how cute is the leaf made from wasabi!
