My friend didn’t like these #uramaki because of the radish, so I swapped some of
my meal for hers (it also meant I could review these for abillion too!) I thought the presentation was brilliant, especially the black rice contrasting with the sesame and orange sauce. The fillings were very crunchy and had a strong pickled flavour, and I like how it came with pickled ginger to cleanse the palate. Kusaki is pretty pricey overall, but I love the authentic yet experimental atmosphere of the #restaurant, which is #100percentplantbased!
