This Barbacoa 🌮 taco from La Ambivalencia was quite interesting 🤨. It wasn’t bad I
just don’t think the combination of flavors flowed well. Sautéed #oystermushrooms🍄, #eggplant and #hibiscusflowers was good but in a weird way. I don’t know how to explain it. I opened the folded taco 🌮 (of course forgot to take a pic) and added diced #onion 🧅, #cilantro 🌿, and salads.
Don’t think I’ll get this one again, but at least I tried it.
30 pesos for 1 taco 🌮 is equal 🟰 to $1.57 US dollars 💵
