This was super tasty! The combination of the sauces, black pepper, vegan mayo, coleslaw with

some crunch and very nicely cooked tender patty was great. I assume the nutrition isn’t great as it’s a comfort dish! Happy it says specifically can be requested vegan.

It's originally a vegetarian dish but the menu specifically says you can request to make

it vegan! It's quite rich in flavor and the sauce is similar to Peking duck sauce, which was interesting - quite the Asian twist on this burger.
