Dayum!! This was aHHmazing! My Seitan Gyro consisted of grilled seitan, lettuce, tomatoes, and a generous portion of Vegan ranch stuffed inside a pita. I could have seitan gyros every day without getting bored. It was inexpensive, fresh, and quite delish! 🥰

The menu item contains non-vegan tzatziki. They’ll switch that out for vegan ranch so the sandwich is fully vegan. I didn’t actually see any ranch on mine, but it was still a really good sandwich. Tasty pita and the seitan was seasoned (not bland).
