Next up: the orange cauliflower, served on a bed of Native Foods’ fried rice. I

used to eat orange chicken and fried rice a lot growing up, so this brought back many nostalgic food memories that I loved. The only complaint I had was that the texture of cauliflower threw me off a little bit, since I was imagining more of a fried chicken, although this alternative is much healthier. Still, the cauliflower was super crispy and the sauce was amazing! As for the fried rice, you couldn’t even tell that it was any different from its non-vegan counterpart - so good!
