Creamy umami broth, personally felt it was quite salty but still was able to drink
it spoon after spoon as it was really yummy and it has been a long time since I had a bowl of ramen. Love the soy meat in it - texture similar to pork mince. A selection of vegetables on top were perfect with the noodles and broth as well.
