If you’re going to eat at Nordik, I highly recommend going to Restö, the main
restaurant. I had two delicious dishes there vs two not-so-delicious dishes in the Panorama Lounge.
This vegan tartare is tofu based with pickled cucumber and tomatoes mixed in, placed on puréed avocado and surrounded by a spicy beet reduction. The pita crisps are beautifully seasoned - almost like paprika and cinnamon? They’re so delicious and pair perfectly with the understated flavours of the tofu and beets.
I also had the Vegan Soba Noodle Bowl at this restaurant but didn’t have my phone at the time. It is also delicious!
