Ok so this is not the exact name of the dish but the dish doesn’t
really have a name on the menu, just a list of the ingredients. Since it’s in the antipasti section and it’s the only vegan one, it’s going to be Antipasto Vegan 😄
You can get a regular size like this (at 26 chf) or a smaller size for 16 chf. We got this to share before our main dish but we were a little disappointed. It was not bad but it wasn’t particularly good either. It was basically a tomato tartare with eggplant, olive crumble and basil oil, served with some stale focaccia on the side. It didn’t have any particular flavor and I really didn’t like the focaccia. On top of that I think that the focaccia was too little compared to the rest of the dish, so you couldn’t use it to dip the whole thing.
Considering the price and the little satisfaction we got from this I wouldn’t order this again. That’s too bad because I love Piú and all of I always found their vegan dishes to be delicious. The staff is nice and very attentive. The location is cute, has a cozy and romantic atmosphere.
