We got a mailer coupon for a free appetizer with the purchase of a large
pizza. This appetizer has fresh tomatoes with garlic and basil. It's a nice contrast to a pizza. For the bruschetta bread, you can choose to have it plain, topped with vegan cheese, or topped with Lucé's housemade riNOTa cashew cheese spread. Since the pizza had the vegan cheese, we went with riNOTa here. It has a little spice which is nice with the tomatoes and basil. There's a lot of liquid in the tomato mixture. I do wish they would strain that out before sending it.
