This is a great option if you want to be able to customize your bowl. I did a #rice base with 2 scoops of #tofu because they don't have any other vegan poke options lol. And I got #seaweedsalad as my "side" which was also the only vegan side. I loaded up the mix-ins with #cucumber , #edamame , #onion, and #greenonions but you can also do corn, ginger, wasabi, cilantro, and avocado (avocado is extra). There are 3 vegan sauces, I chose sweet chili and the house sauce, and they also have a soy sauce. And I chose all 3 toppings to maximize the flavor lol--sesame seeds, furikake, crispy garlic. Overall tasty but I wish they had the sauces that Island Vintage Coffee had because that was amazing!!
