Sorry for the low-quality photo from the plane after the lights went out, but it
was hard to find good vegan options in this terminal so I want to put this sandwich on the map!
“Sliced avocado with Kalamata olive tapenade, roasted tomatoes and peppery rocket. Finished with whole-leaf basil and a sprinkling of roasted pine nuts.”
The bread was hearty and the fillings were fresh. Happy this saved me from a terrible airline meal 🙌
