Since the point of the dish is ramen without the broth (soup), what you end

up with are noodles in rich, thick and creamy sauce with toppings which include a fried breaded "chicken" cutlet or katsu, with some vegan mayo on it. And I know, that sounds great, however, I was dissapointed with deepness of flavour, or the lack thereof. The sauce was creamy and rich but with very subtle flavour. You can choose different flavours of ramen, I choose garlic and that meant raw minced garlic put on top of the dish which is not my cup of tea when eating noodle dish. Also, the toppings don't make a lot of sense all together, but it's okay since I do like everything that was put on separately. The cutlet was great but fairly small. I love the fact that they are a vegan bussiness and I believe they have a very good vegan offer. I would probably enoy the soupy ramen better so it seems I made mistake myself by ordering this dish instead. Also, I want to mention that the staff was very kind.
The price was 12,50 £ and they are located in Mercato Metropolitano Elephant & Castle food court. The portion is on the smaller side in my opinion.
