wow it’s so good. i’ve had this a few times now and i honestly think
it’s one of the best things you can get in all of toronto. and i was never even a chicken eggs benedict person before, so it’s not like i’m all hyped up to have a vegan version of an old favourite. pretty sure i never even had a chicken egg benedict before and i thought it was kinda yuck. this is just its own thing for me. they use this melty soft tofu for the *egg* and i have no idea what the sauce is… but all that and the mushrooms and kale, everything is so buttery and delicious i dunno it’s crazy good to me. also the potatoes are big n crispy. it’s top tier.
