Jesse and I had a lovely day today walking around Toronto and trying out some
breweries! The first place we stopped at was Steam Whistle Brewery in downtown #Toronto! I can't believe I hadn't been inside before. The restaurant was stunning - the different tiles and woods and greenery and the fact that the kitchen was inside a shipping container...just so cool!
It was mind-blowing to me that they only have 1 beer...a Pilsner! So on tap, that they produce, they only had a pilsner and an unfiltered pilsner...wild!!
I tried the unfiltered pilsner that Jesse got, and I really enjoyed it. You could taste and smell the grains. It was a beautiful #beer. I got the #Shandy instead, which is their pilsner mixed with #lemonade.
It was absolutely #delicious and I would definitely go back for another. It was $9.95 before tax and tip.
