I first heard about this American-style diner years ago and finally made it this past
weekend - they have a few locations around the UK. Lots of the menu can be made vegan including the eggs on toast. Not the best tofu scramble I’ve had (so many spring onions!!) but certainly tasty. #breakfast #veganbrighton #veganeggs 🍳
