This is a dish with a lot of different flavors that became the menu favorite
of two of my fellow diners. The dish tastes homey, comforting, and very savory. The tofu was thick and flavorful. The tortilla chips were nice and crispy. The sweet corn went well with the spicy green salsa. The flavors were really well balanced and each ingredient contributed perfectly to making the dish a crowd pleaser. It has the vibe of fresh Mexican food yet also American with the tater tots. The dish comes with fries, but you can substitute tater tots or something else if you want.
