The blueberry pancake at The Friendly Toast is amazinggggg. It’s light and fluffy but thick
at the same time. The blueberries add additional sweetness and softness that complement the pancake texture well. I’ve had some so-so vegan pancakes before, but this pancake is top notch. Even one of my friends who doesn’t fancy pancakes loves this pancake. The pancake is in the breakfast section, but personally I recommend it as a dessert, ideally with the side of fruit and the real maple syrup from behind the counter for an even more excellent experience. These pancakes are giant, and you can split one easily among 2-3 people. I guarantee that every time I come to The Friendly Toast I’ll be sure to order the vegan blueberry pancake!
