Of what I could remember of how #croissants tasted, this was much better. I saw all over the globe people reviewing #vegancroissant, but I never got my hopes up that a #vegancroissant will do #croissants any justice, I was so wrong. I was, again, very sceptical that a cafe could deliver this golden #pastry
I could not cut this croissant with a knife, it was too soft and delicate. When I tore it opened some flakes stuck to my fingers, the first good sign. When I saw the flaky layers and the buttery texture, I could not wait to taste it. It was the 2nd best croissant I had (only because I still have to review Nr. 1).
It is going to be a sad and dissapointing day when we visit The Jozi Vegan and they don't have croissants for me! I really hope the next ones to come will be as good as these.
