The dish had a strong taste of ginger, without the slices of ginger within the
soup, so this was kind of good for me as someone who dislikes ginger. I kind of wish the dish came with more vegetables and less noodles. I did appreciate that there were a few yam slices and tomato pieces included, and my favourite part of the dish was the mock fish, which sounds typical for a vegetarian fish soup, but there was something really nice about the texture at the middle of the mock fish that most others lack, which I could not quite pinpoint. It was chewy, yet crunchy, and not just soft in the middle like it usually would be. To be honest, this is not my favourite dish from this store, and fish soup is not a go-to dish of mine at #fortunecentre, but I am glad that this #vegan option exists anyway.
