Honestly, I'm not really sure what Taiwanese noodles are supposed to be, and I'm not
sure if this is authentic as a dish, but it tastes alright to me. I have seen people describe this dish as bland, and perhaps it is, honestly, I'm not too sure myself, but I think it wasn't bad by any means. They were generous with the ingredients as usual, with the hidden dumpling, cauliflower, broccoli, raw veggies and crispy mock anchovies. Personally, I still prefer their MHK to this, but the noodles with this dish were good too. I guess if you're looking for a unique #vegan dish that can't be found elsewhere in #fortunecentre, this might be it.
