This dish was not exactly what I expected it to be. I imagined the soup
would be more rich in its tomato taste, kind of like the tomato soups you get with hotpots, but this wasn't very prominent in terms of its tomato taste. The soup had lots of carrots and potatoes, and was topped with the usual raw vegetables. The noodles used for this dish were round, not flat like those in their Taiwanese noodles. Because of the potatoes in the soup, I think the soup ends up starchy and thick, which isn't something I enjoy a lot, but others might appreciate it. I would not order this again, but that's because I have many other options at #fortunecentre, but I do believe this dish is still worth trying once, if you happen to be there on a Thursday. It is, after all, somewhat unique as a #vegan dish.
