I loved the spices in the burger with beans and lots of veggies. The bun was awesome, too— and the seeds were a fabulous touch! Make sure to check whatever sauce they put on the burger is #dairyfree and #eggfree.
UTK is great because it’s on meal plan, but it’s also kind of pricey. They serve breakfast, but it’s harder to modify the vegan options for a morning meal. It’d be VERY helpful to have an allergy card/menu for struggling students, especially so we don’t have to ask so many questions about ingredients in sauces/breads/etc.
