lemon meringue. 🍋 This sweet gooey donut is filled with a tarte lemon curd and topped with fluffy meringue cream. You don't see a lot of #vegan meringue as it's usually made with egg whites (main ingredient). This bakery, located in a small town in Pennsylvania, seriously is revolutionary I highly recommend stopping if you're passing through. It's not too far from the highway, either. This is truly a destination stop for vegan treats.

Super fluffy donut with a lot of flavor. The lemon filling was perfectly sweet and

lemony while the meringue on top had a great texture. I love that they didn’t skip out on any filling, it’s super dissatisfying looking forward to cream in a donut and there’s only a bit inside. The ratio was just right.
