Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. But they were very uncomfortable with what they saw happening in the world — escalating climate change, a lack of healthy dining options and a fundamental problem with where people get their food — and they felt a clear urgency to do something about it. Packing up their lives, they put their heart and soul into building something new, different and very special, a plant-based burger chain that would be all about quality and sustainability — something good for the people and the planet. This big, delicious idea from one little family grew into Next Level Burger, America's first 100% plant-based burger joint chain. In 2024, Next Level acquired Veggie Grill, the beloved plant-based restaurant founded in 2006. Together, Next Level Burger and Veggie Grill by Next Level comprise the largest wholly owned vegan restaurant company in North America with 27 locations… and counting! Next Level's commitment to fighting climate change by developing an animal-free supply chain means every menu item features responsibly sourced ingredients and all organic veggies. From garden to grill, we're serving up food for a better world on the daily in locations from coast to coast. And Matt and Cierra are still rolling up their sleeves EVERY DAY to make sure every burger, bowl, salad and sandwich is everything they imagined in those early days of dreaming up Next Level.

I really enjoyed this bowl, I did have no coconut thai curry sauce in this

one but honestly the sauce is pretty good (I tried it later). The chickn had a nice crunchy texture and I really liked the thai peppers, I wish I could’ve asked for more because they give a great kick to the dish. The greens were fresh and added a pleasant vibe to it and the picketed vegetables weren’t too strong so that was nice. The wild rice is a great pairing and it’s one of my favorite dishes at Veggie Grill.

The flavors are amazing and the sesame crusted chickn’ has to be my favorite part

of this dish! I also really enjoy the coconut thai curry sauce that is on the rice!

The Far East Bowl was super tasty. The broccoli could use a little bit more

garlic and roast though. All in all it was really yummy, but not my favorite one.

The Far East Bowl is huge — and I can verify it’s not a problem

if you can’t finish it for dinner because it’s just as good the following day as a leftover. The only downside is the sodium count is high. So don’t get it every day if sodium intake is a concern. Ingredients: Asian Pickle Slaw, Broccolini, Cilantro, Cilantro/Green Curry, Mint, Chopped, Pickled Fresno Peppers, Sesame Crusted Chickin', Tempeh, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Wild Rice.

this was easily one of the best meals i've ever had, no kidding. so glad

i decided to get the "chicken" instead of the tempeh - the texture is similar to firm tofu, and it comes encased in a crisp sesame-breadcrumb crust. the rice was coated in a delicious coconut curry sauce. incredible flavours all around!!

Delicious! This dish is packed full lf great stuff like the tofu chicken, brocoli, curry

sauce, wild rice and more.

This bowl was great, particularly the sesame chicken and broccoli. It was drizzled with a

sauce which I would have liked more of since it was slightly dry. I think I would order this again, although there are other items I like at Veggie Grill more.

Good meal đź‘Ť I did think that the portion size was a bit large, but

personally, I am accustomed to smaller servings. The chilis were a bit spicy, so I had to take them off - but without the chilis on top, the spiciness level was just right.

literally can't resist getting anything else from Veggie Grill cos this is just so good!!!

perfect balance of flavours and textures
