Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. But they were very uncomfortable with what they saw happening in the world — escalating climate change, a lack of healthy dining options and a fundamental problem with where people get their food — and they felt a clear urgency to do something about it. Packing up their lives, they put their heart and soul into building something new, different and very special, a plant-based burger chain that would be all about quality and sustainability — something good for the people and the planet. This big, delicious idea from one little family grew into Next Level Burger, America's first 100% plant-based burger joint chain. In 2024, Next Level acquired Veggie Grill, the beloved plant-based restaurant founded in 2006. Together, Next Level Burger and Veggie Grill by Next Level comprise the largest wholly owned vegan restaurant company in North America with 27 locations… and counting! Next Level's commitment to fighting climate change by developing an animal-free supply chain means every menu item features responsibly sourced ingredients and all organic veggies. From garden to grill, we're serving up food for a better world on the daily in locations from coast to coast. And Matt and Cierra are still rolling up their sleeves EVERY DAY to make sure every burger, bowl, salad and sandwich is everything they imagined in those early days of dreaming up Next Level.

So I wanted nachos, but for whatever reason they were out of chips and chicken,

so they substituted fries and barbacoa. This turned out great for me, because I ended up liking the barbacoa more than the chicken, and it was like chili cheese fries. It’s super filling even though it’s considered an appetizer, and the flavors of all the components mix so well together. Highly recommend!

It’s an appetizer but can definitely satisfy like a meal. I get mine with the

crispy chick’n. And it comes with beans, crema, pico, olives, cilantro, & nacho cheeze.

Nachos was one of my favorite things before I went vegan, so it's awesome to

have a vegan option. Veggie Grill nachos are pretty good, especially with the pickled jalapenos. I don't care for their cheese and sour cream sauce though. I once had it with barbacoa because they ran out of the meat it usually comes with, and that was SO tasty!

Who doesn’t like nachos... and this tasty vegan version doesn’t disappoint. Lots of toppings: avocado,

tomatoes, peppers, chick’n, onions, black beans, cilantro and queso of course. Serves two if you really want to share.

Nachos! Flavoring on the cheese sauce and sour cream was really good. Also came with

black beans, jalapeños, guacamole, and chickin. Great for sharing. Portion was larger than expected.

Satisfy your cheesy nacho cravings by having these. With black beans and guac, this also

makes up for the nutrition of being a snack. The quantity is also good for the value. Comes with Chik'n for protein.

Fav dish at Veggie Grill! So filling and a great price. Chicken is very realistic,

as well as the sour cream and melted cheese.

Got these to go, they did a good job not letting the chips on the

bottom get soggy, amazing flavor! Vegan sour cream and crispy chikn

Also pictured: cauliflower wings with Buffalo sauce and the mac n cheese! We got multiple

items for the table to share. Love it here

I really like these nachos and substituted the chips for fries
