When I think of Vinodol, roast and other traditional Croatian meat based dishes are the
first thing that comes to my mind. I would never guess, they have included vegan options in their menu. This is the starter option, a vegan pate with fresh black Istrian truffles and cashew sour cream served with almond and buckwheat crunch. I think the dish is very creative, I don’t believe any restaurant in zagreb offers something similar. You get soo much pate and so for that amount and also because the pate is a bit salty, I wish it came with bread instead of crackers. But overall very delicious and interesting meal.
