Tofu Pad Thai

Oh. My. Word. This is delicious!!! Pad Thai is one of my FAVORITE dishes. It

consists of rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, and peanuts. It has the perfect balance of sweet, salty, spicy, and umami. This dish typically comes with egg and fish sauce, so I told them to omit the egg and to use soy sauce instead of fish sauce. Wat Da Pho always does an amazing job!! 🇹🇭
