Best seitan wings anywhere! Came with two sauces — ranch and blue cheese and both
were amazing!
The buffalo sauce was so delicious! The wings were crispy on the outside and a
perfect chewy texture on the inside. Definitely would order again.
Amazing seitan wing, we also tried Cuban panini and cheeseburger with Mac and cheese. We

Tasted amazing. The ranch served with it tasted just like buttermilk ranch. My husband (who
generally doesn't like faux meats) ordered it again the next time we came. I'd order it everyday if we loved nearby. They do look more like BBQ ribs than wings which was a bit odd.
The seitan at Watercourse is excellent. Crispy on the outside, and moist and chewy inside,
with good flavor. The buffalo sauce is spicy (A+) and the vegan ranch is creamy and delicious.

with the texture and the flavor is phenomenal! Love the ranch and the side of Mac was great as well!

Amazing as usual, my go-to here. It does rankle that just a couple years back
they cost less and you got more of them, but that’s the case with everything these days. The accompanying ranch is terrific as well.
