I love mushrooms and when I saw this on the menu, I had to have
it! It consisted of a big portobello mushroom breaded with panko crumbs, then deep fried until golden brown. It was served hot on focaccia bread with arugula, salsa verde, and an Italian green sauce made with parsley, capers, olive oil, and lemon. This aHHmazing sandwich deserves 10 stars! 🤩
