This mushroom and bean salad was very tasty with a clean citrus dressing not at
all oily.
It was the starter of Wild Foods menu del Dia .
Great to have a vegan menu ! The first one ever for me . I think this hotel / restaurant still serves meat 🥲but the dining hall where we sat all is vegan and no flesh eaters to be seen thankfully .
