JUST egg and kale strips locally grown by Sustenir. It also had carrots and tempura puffs, plus a really awesome cashew mint sauce. I loved the JUST egg, it was my first time trying and it had the same spongey texture as tamagoyaki đ Pity the katsu crust wasnât crispy but expected since it was delivered. 10/10 would eat this again!

lacks - so was excited to see JUST egg *and* TINDLE katsu in one roll (hurray for vegan options!). Coming with high hopes for my virgin JUST/TINDLE experience, I must say I wasnât so much a fan of either one. They were both spongy - the âtamagoyakiâ in a frothy, airy sort of way, and the âkatsuâ in a denser, stodgier manner - and sadly neither particularly tasty. I think I might stick to tofu for now :-(
Cashew mint sauce was the star of this roll - loved that one!
With delivery, the taste was slightly compromised (Tindle chicken not as crispy etc). But it was pretty tasty and i enjoyed it. Love vegan food that looks like this!
