First off, expectations 🥢 This is a #mushroom kolok mee basted in #soysauce instead of #shallots (since this is an #alliumfree establishment) or #toona oil, so this is a little on the sweet side 🍄 If you want it a little #spicy too they’ll top it off with #sambal, but you can also add your own #cilipadi from the stall 🌶️
This is a huge portion for S$5 and comes with far more vegetables than you would find anywhere in #kuching 🤭 Also, #deepfried wantan skin on the side? Hell yeah! This is definitely #sarawakianapproved 🙌
